Current students and T university members can reserve tennis courts online from the recreation portal. Reservations for coats are only online. Reservations for coats are limited to one coat a day. You cannot reserve multiple coats at once.
Everyone needs to log in to book a coat at the turntable. Before scanning the card, please tell the staff that you need login to make a coat reservation, and follow the instructions of the staff to make sure you log in. If you book a coat without logging in, it will be regarded as no show.

- Member: If you are a member of sports & reks, you can use it at no additional charges. Court reservations exclude one day ticket.
- When participating in dro p-in activities, we recommend that you wear a comfortable and appropriate exercise clothes. Dro p-in activities are required to wear bottomless athletic shoes.
- You need closed shoes on your toes suitable for dro p-in activities. Before entering the facility, make sure that your shoes are not garbage.
- Entrance on socks, barefoot, and socks is prohibited at all.
- Dro p-in activities are required to wear shirts.
- Please refrain from jeans and pants.
- Screens, socks and bare feet are not permitted on the backfields on campus.
- Rec staff has final say on appropriate attire.
- Tennis racquets may be rented at the Athletic Center equipment counter for $2 + HST.
- Racquet rentals are limited to two racquets per session, rented immediately prior to the reservation, used at the time of the reservation, and returned immediately after the reservation.
- Games are limited to a maximum of 2x2.
- No intercourt or side-by-side play is permitted.
- Courts are reserved for one person and must be played during the reservation time. Up to three people may be brought with you at the time of reservation.
- Only one court may be reserved at a time, with a limit of one reservation per day.
- Bags or backpacks are not permitted inside the Field House. Only single racquet cases or string bags are permitted.
- Entry into the Field House is permitted only immediately prior to the reservation time.
- Please read the Athletic Center Fieldhouse Rights and Responsibilities before participating in the Drop-In Program.
- Your seat may be relinquished if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time.

Member registration
To register as a member, you need to come to the front desk of HSU Gymnastics and complete the membership registration procedure. Also, if you wish to join, please bring the following documents:
- HSU students and faculty members HSU ID card
- HSU graduates: A valid driver's license or a photo of the ID card and a legal document that proves the date of birth (DOB).
- HSU dependent: Those that can prove your age (driver's license, birth certificate, etc.)
- HSU spouse: identification card (driver's license, etc.), HSU spouse: driver's license
Students / faculty members
Students will collect the membership fee included in the tuition from the University of Hardin Simmons. Teachers can participate in the facilities for free as part of welfare.
Faculty and staff and students can use the universit y-issued ID card after registering. Enrollment in the HSU gym requires presentation of this card.
HSU graduate member
To register as a reunion member, the user must have a degree at Hardin Simmons University. For the alumni association fitness and pool membership prices, please refer to the alumni association or pool pool tea.
HSU Fitness Center Policy Policy
HSU Fitness Center members can sponsor guests according to the following requirements:
- All members must show school ID.
- Guests must show photo ID and date of birth.
- Visitors under 18 years old are allowed in the facility during family hours only and must be accompanied by an HSU-affiliated sponsor.
- Visitors 18 years old and older are allowed in the facility during all hours but must be accompanied by an HSU-affiliated sponsor.
- Visitor passes are only valid on the date of issue.
- Faculty, staff, students and alumni may bring up to two guests per visit. Guests will be charged $3 per day (effective June 1, 2019). All payments must be made at the front desk by credit card or Apple Pay.
- Non-members may visit HSU UREC facilities up to three times per semester.
- Members must complete a UREC liability waiver.
- Members must be accompanied by a sponsor for the entirety of their visit.
- Guests 18 years of age and older may use the basketball court, fitness equipment, indoor lawn, elevated track, and outdoor pool.
- Guests under 18 years of age may only use the basketball court, indoor lawn, elevated track, and outdoor pool.
- Please note that HSU affiliated sponsors are solely responsible for any damage to equipment or grounds.
- Guests of members may not participate in campus recreation programs such as intramural sports, sports clubs, personal training, team exercise, or any additional activities offered by the university.
HSU Family Membership
HSU faculty and staff may bring their family members, including children, to Family Hours on weekends free of charge. See Family Hours listed under Family Facility Hours.
Alumni may purchase gym or pool memberships for verified family members. Click on either Alumni Membership or Pool with Pool Membership for membership prices and additional information on family memberships.

To qualify for a family membership at Fletcher Gym and Pool, you must provide proof of dependents!
Families who are qualified to have a spouse and dependents live in the same permanent domicile. Also, if the dependent / child is 25 or older, there is no membership.
The family must submit the latest ID in the same permanent address to verify identity.
The ID card includes the following:

2022 Start graduation registration and open to open
Thank you for your continued support of the Fletcher Fitness Center. I am honored to have helped your fitness for the past three years as a Alumni of Hardin Simmons.
I think you have enjoyed free introductory members to understand all the benefits provided by the center, such as Indian athlass, aerobic exercise equipment, weight training equipment, pickle ball, badminton, pool, group exercise class, etc.
Due to increased demands on staff and resources, we will be moving to a paid membership system by 2022. We understand this is a change and appreciate your support so we can continue to be available to all who visit this great campus. We have worked hard to keep our membership fees affordable and competitive with other gyms.
We also offer membership passes and family discount options.

Members will be available for purchase at the front desk starting January 3rd. Beginning January 10th, 2022, all gym visitors will be required to show their membership card before entering the gym. - The fitness center is restricted to students, faculty, staff, alumni, their families, and visitors.
- Please present your UREC ID at the front desk.
- No one under 18 years of age is permitted to use the center.
- No food, tobacco, or gum are permitted.
- Water bottles that extend beyond the front desk must be in a non-glass container with a resealable lid.
- No pets are permitted, except for guide dogs and service animals.
- No personal items may be left on the floor. All personal items must be stored in a one-day locker in the locker room. HSU is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All rental equipment must be returned to the front desk before leaving the gym.
- HSU Fitness Center staff reserves the right to ask any user to leave at any time for inappropriate behavior or violation of fitness rules.
- All users must:
- Wear appropriate workout attire
- Shirts must be worn.
- Full set of closed-toe shoes must be worn.

Old Parties and Reservations Now Open
Pool party reservations will close at the end of the 2024 school year.
Reservations for pool parties during the Fall 2024 semester are now closed.
Pool parties are only available from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Tuesday through Sunday.
- Payment by credit card only.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking your pool party. We cannot guarantee your reservation date and time until payment has been confirmed.
- Party guests must enter through the gym entrance and sign a waiver allowing them access to the pool area.
- Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
- Pool parties cannot exceed the number of people booked. This number includes both swimmers and non-swimmers. If the number of people booked exceeds the number of people booked, you will not be allowed to enter the pool area. You may also be asked to wait at the front desk until the pool party has ended.
- Double bookings for pool parties on the same day are not allowed.
- Pool party reservations are complete once you have made your reservation and paid. You cannot change the number of people or the time after the reservation has been made. This also applies to the day of the pool party. If you wish to cancel your pool party reservation, please see the cancellation and refund policy below.
- After booking your pool party, please check your email. If you do not receive a confirmation email with a receipt, please call the front desk to verify that your payment has been received and your party has been booked.
- UREC does not accept reservations for pool parties with more than 75 people.

Party cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the reservation date.
Pool party cancellations between 10 days and 48 hours in advance will incur a $75 minimum cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after 48 hours in advance will incur a full cancellation fee.
Pool Party Weather Policy
Pool party cancellations due to poor weather will incur a $75 minimum cancellation fee.
If you cancel before the party due to weather, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling may be possible, depending on availability.

General Rules
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian 18 years of age or older.
- All pool users must wear swimwear. Cut-offs, other make-shift swimwear, and bikini leads are prohibited. Aquawear and shoes are not permitted in the pool area.
- All pool users must enter through the gym entrance and sign a waiver.
- All guests must enter through the gym entrance and pay a $3 fee. Please note that HSU users may only bring a maximum of two guests per pool visit. Payment by card only.
- You may be denied entry to the pool for the following reasons:
- Intoxication or under the influence of drugs.
- Signs of a communicable disease.
- Open wounds or swellings.
- Facility management reserves the right to require you to shower before entering the pool.
- Foul or abusive language is prohibited.
- Consumption of tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or drugs is prohibited in or near the pool.
- Chewing gum is prohibited in the pool area.
- Food and drink are to be consumed on the grass or shaded sheltered areas.
- Sunbathing on the deck is prohibited. Grass areas and chairs are permitted.
- Glass bottles and drugs are not permitted in the pool area.
- Jump jumping is prohibited in the pool area and on the deck.
- Do not run within the pool area fence.
- Turns, twists, or turns are prohibited anywhere, as is diving in shallow water.
- Swimmers must remain clear of lane ropes, safety lines, and lifeguard lines.
- No roundabouts are permitted near the pool entrance or cash registers.
- Regular diapers are not permitted. Only "swim diapers" are permitted in the pool.
- Employees are only permitted in the office, filter area, machine room, and storeroom areas.
- Patrons are not permitted to use the office phone.
- In the pool area, only U S-certified floats can be used.
- Except for the assistance of the disabled person, animals cannot be brought into the pool area.
- Unless you pass the following swimming test, you cannot enter the water depth to your shoulder.
- Prove that you can breathe while swimming.
- The facility administrator may order pool rules violations or acts that are determined to be against the safe and orderly operation of the pool to leave and suspend from the pool area.
- There is a 1 0-minute break every hour.
- The above rules are set for the safety of customers and other users, so be sure to follow them.
Pool Visitor Policy
Guests should be sure to bring a photo of your ID and DOB.
- Guests must show photo ID and date of birth.
- HSU teachers, students, graduates, and approved spouses / dependents (18 years old or older) can accompany up to two per visits. A companion will pay $ 3 at a time. Please pay by credit card at the front desk.
- There are no restrictions on the number of pools used by no n-members (guests).
- HSU associate members include faculty, graduates, students, spouses and dependents.
- Pool weather rules
If the outside temperature is 45 degrees or less, the pool will be closed.
- If thunder is generated within 8 miles from the pool, you must evacuate from the pool for 30 minutes.
- Pool test
All swimmers need to take a swimming test at the age of 12 or the life guard.
This test is for permission to use deep pools and diving pools. If you fail, you cannot enter the deep pool or dive pool.
When performing a test, the surveillance is supposed to swim in the water and swim nearby in case of help. If there is help, it will automatically fail.
To pass
It jumps into the water and becomes horizontal on the surface of the water.
- Step on the water for 30 seconds without touching the walls or support.
- You can swim without assistance to the edge of the deep water.
- It shows that you can breathe, that is, you can breathe by lifting and turning your head while swimming.
- It rises from the water alone. Without using a ladder.
- After the end, you can swim to the deep end if you pass. If you fail, you will need a wristband.
Only the life guard to test enters the initials.
