Directions How do I book a ticket for a companion/PA?

During the exhibition, guests who require assistance will be provided with a free companion ticket. If you require companion/PA assistance, please present one of the following documents on entry. This will serve as evidence of your requirement. Without this document we will not be able to provide you with a free companion/companion ticket.

The following documents are required:

• Medium to high rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation.

Is there step-free access?

Immerse LDN at ExCeL Waterfront is barrier-free at both entrances. For the West Entrance, get off at Custom House station, which is fully accessible with a lift from the platform to the bridge. Can I take photos or record videos?

You can bring your own camera (including digital SLR cameras) into the venue. Please be considerate to other customers when taking photos. Tripods and professional accessories are prohibited.

The exhibition is a walk-through event. Benches are available in some venues.

Are there lockers at the venue?

Lockers are available (for a fee) to store your bags and personal belongings. Please refrain from bringing backpacks or large bags.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code, but since this is a walk-through interactive exhibition, please wear comfortable clothing.

Is the exhibition for children?

Can I bring a bag?

Bags over A4 size are prohibited.

Also, please refrain from bringing backpacks and large bags. We have many paid lockers. If you read the QR code when entering the venue, you can make a locker reservation and pay from your mobile phone. If you need support, the local staff will guide you. Where is the changing room for babies?

There is a barrie r-free toilet on the first floor and a dressing room for babies in the level 0 of the men and women toilets on the main street.
