Having installed the Wall Control many times, my recommendation is to use nails. If you are hanging light items like yarn, craft supplies, camera accessories, small tools, etc., you can use anchors to mount to drywall. If you are hanging heavy items like gym equipment, power tools, etc....... nails are recommended.

If your stud spacing is not 16 inches or mounting to the studs would show the center, you can mount a stringer board to the studs and mount the Wall Control panel directly on top of it. The stud spacing created an uneven layout between the two large windows. With stringer mounting, you can now have a perfectly centered and attractive installation while still having the same stud security.

The first one I recommend is the 2. 7/8 inch long hook. It's one of my most used hooks because it can be used for so many different things. In a home gym, you can use it for carabiners, pins, cable attachments, belts, and more. These attachments have an extension hook on the end to prevent things from falling out unnecessarily. The second attachment is similar to a long distance, a curved end hook. This works similar to a long protection hook, but the length is a little longer. This can also be prevented from slipping on the panel.
