If users pay for a booking, will I be charged?

If you want to allow prepayment for bookings, you can use our integrated online payment system. I'm new to climbing. What are my options?

We offer bouldering (climbing without ropes) and rope climbing. If you're new to climbing, we recommend taking our Introductory Climbing class (SNA/LAX) to learn the basics of rope climbing, or our Introductory Bouldering class (Playa Vista).

What should I wear when climbing Sender One?

What is included in a day pass?

A day pass includes rock climbing, yoga, the specific fitness class being offered that day, and access to the fitness area. A day pass does not include gear rental or admission to Sender City.

Can I use a day pass or punch to visit multiple consignment locations on the same day?

What is the minimum age to ride?

Where is Sender City available?

Sender City is currently only available at full-service locations, including LAX and SNA. This means that facilities that offer bouldering and rope climbing also have Sender City. Bouldering-only centers do not have Sender City.

What is Sender City?

Are there any age restrictions to climb at Dispatcher City?

How long are the sessions at Dispatcher City?

Sender City sessions are 1 hour from start to finish. This means that your session may be shortened if you arrive late. Your climb time will not overlap with the next session. Does Sender City have auto-belays?
