Lane Swim and Aquatic Fitness 1-day and 10 tickets are sold in the form of key tags. A $ 13 replacement fee is charged for the loss and theft of the key tag.
Existing printed punch cards (multiple times available paths) will end as soon as they are gone.
You can buy any pass or card at the front desk of the community center. The options are as follows:

The new reservation frame will be released at 8:00 am on Thursday from Monday to Sunday of the following week. If you live in Toronto, you will be limited to the same household for the aquatic fitness once a day.
Please check the schedule for this week on the map. For a lon g-term dro p-in schedule, please check the individual page of the indoor pool.

- Check your family number and customer number. You can see the family number and customer number.
- Find the pool on a map or list. You can search by your address or community center name. Select the location type (eg, indoors or outdoors) and activity type (eg, Aquatic Fitness only) and filter the result.
- When you select a pin on the map, the pool situation and the "View schedule" button will be displayed.
- Select the schedule to see the reservation time. Once you find the desired date and time, select "Reservation".
- The new window of EFUN opens. Select "Add to Cart" to add an activity to the cart, and log in to EFUN using your family number and customer number.
- Select a client from the dro p-down, check which household members to make a reservation, and select G o-out.
- Check the details of the activity and select the completion. Since the letter of rights is opened, we agree with the terms and complete the reservation.
- After the reservation is completed, take a screenshot or print the receipt and show it locally.
Reservations are valid for 5 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes from the reservation start time, give the place to those who are in the wal k-in line.
Reservations are for those who live in Toronto, and we do not accept recreation reservations waiting for cancellation.
Please make a reservation using a desktop or laptop device to make us use more comfortably.
Reservation cancellation
Cancellation of reservations can be done online until the day before the activity is scheduled.
- Log in to EFUN.
- Select "My count" from the top menu.
- Scroll down to display the scheduled activity, and to cancel the reservation, select Cancel.
- If you select OK and confirm that you cancel the activity, the cancellation confirmation screen will be displayed.

Lane swim
Unless otherwise specified, an open swim for a continuous length or width for 7 years or older. Simers should bring personal equipment. A swimming test is applied to using a deep end.

Leisure swim
Open swims divided into shallow waters and deep places. Swimming tests apply to the need for monitoring, age restrictions when swimming alone, and the use of deep ends.

Swim to survivor
The Swim to Survive program teaches three basic skills to promote drowning prevention of children and youth:
- Roll into deep water
- Step on the water for 1 minute
- Swimming 50 meters
This program is all aged and has no prerequisites.
Evaluate swimming power in the facility swimming test. Life jacket can be worn.
Youth Life Guard Club
Youth Life Guard Club is a free dro p-in program for 9 to 16 years old. This program focuses on life saving and swimming strokes, improving body endurance, learning rescue technology, developing leadership, and team building.

Guidelines and supervision requirements for pool useSwimming test
In order to pass the swimming test, it is necessary to prove the pool staff:
- Comfort in water
- You can swim over the shallow wider without stopping 2m (or equivalent distance). Depending on the size and shape of the facility, the distance may be longer.
If you can not pass the swimming test, please wait in the shallow pool. Children under the age of 9 who cannot pass the swimming test must be directly supervised by parents in the pool.
Director requirements and wristbands
The supervision ratio must always be observed for the safety of all swimmer swimming in the pool. The ratio of the supervisor and the admission conditions have been formulated:
- Based on the rules that manage public pools like R. R. O. 1990, REG. 565 in Ontario: Public Pool
- After consultation with Life Saving Society, an organization that works to prevent drowning and water accidents
Children under the age of nine will be given a wristband that indicates whether parents must be within reach.
The assistant must be as follows:
- 14 years old or older
- Be responsible for directly supervising your child, both inside or outside the water.
- Being within reach.
- Wearing an appropriate swimsuit
- If you are accompanied to a deep water place, you can swim at a deep water depth.
If you have children in a child seat (stroller, baby bucket, other child seats, etc.), you must always place it in the facility where childcare workers reach and directly supervise.
Please check the table for the requirements of the assistant to enter the facility and whether there is a caregiver within reach.
In the case of a group, the ratio of the caregiver is based on whether the youngest swimmer or swimmer has passed the swimming test.

Lane swimming guidelines
To keep lane swimming safe and fun, we recommend the following guidelines:
- Minimum age 7 and passing a swim test.
- Swim in the lane appropriate for your swimming type.
- Lane changes occur at the edge of the pool, not in the middle.
- Swim in the direction indicated by signs.
- When passing, be careful to avoid injury to others, especially if you are using equipment.
- Be aware of your surroundings and avoid collisions, especially when others are pushing against the wall.
- Listen to advice from lifeguards.
Day Camps and Groups
Camp staff should contact the facility directly to plan their visit.
Accessibility
The City of Toronto is retrofitting its pools to make them accessible. Some indoor facilities offer physical therapy and heated pools. Water Temperature
Water temperatures in city-owned pools vary between 26-29 degrees Celsius (78-84 degrees Fahrenheit). Some facilities adjust temperatures outside of this range to meet program needs and accessibility. For more information, see Accessible Recreation Facilities and Equipment.
Outdoor Swimming and Wading
- Closures will last a minimum of 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or the last sight of lightning.
- Closings may occur if rain or cold temperatures are forecast for the entire day.
- If an extreme heat warning is issued for the City of Toronto, designated outdoor pools will remain open past scheduled closing times. For more information, see Cool Spaces Near You.
Pool Use
- Anyone with a serious chronic medical condition must be accompanied by a caregiver who is knowledgeable about their chronic medical condition.
- Shower with soap and water before entering the pool.
- Swimmers must change from their uniform into a swimsuit or clean, swim-specific clothing.
- Remove all outside shoes before entering the pool deck.
- Strollers, baby buckets, and wheelchairs must be left in their designated area.
- For children who are not potty trained, dedicated swim diapers are recommended:
- Dedicated swim diapers or pants are recommended.
- Cotton disposable diapers may only be used if tight-fitting plastic pants are worn to cover the disposable diaper.
- Disposable diapers are not permitted as they will crumble with moisture and clog the pool filter.
Changing Rooms
- Children 6 years and under may use the changing rooms with a parent or guardian of any gender.
- Children 7 years and older may use the changing rooms appropriate to their gender.
- Some pools have universal changing rooms.
- If changing rooms are not available, alternative arrangements can be made with facility staff.
Change rooms may have lockers available for storing belongings. Participants must bring their own locks. The City of Toronto is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Single-Gender Swim Programs
When participating in single-gender swim programs, same-sex participants are permitted on the pool deck, spectator gallery and viewing areas.
With the following exceptions:
- Parents participating in the program may bring their children, both male and female, ages 0-7 to single-gender programs.
- Children, both male and female, ages 0-7 may enter the designated viewing areas.
Sauna and Heated Pool Use
- Participants must be 14 years of age or older.
- Maximum use time is 15 minutes.
- Shower with soap and water before and after use.
- Pregnant women and those with high blood pressure are not permitted to use the pool.
- To prevent overheating, please refrain from wearing head coverings, including swim caps.
Photo
If you want to take a picture of a swimming child, first consult with the facility staff. The use of mobile phones, tablets, cameras, and other electronic devices and photographic equipment is prohibited in the washrooms and changing rooms of Toronto City.

Kids Town Water Park
Located in Ramoro Park in Scarborough, you can enjoy various water play, such as wading pools, water bikes, splashes, and large water fitting buckets.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by parents 14 or older. Up to two children under 5 years old can be accompanied by two parents. Up to 8 children can accompany up to 10 people for 6 years old, and up to 10 children aged 7 to 9 years old.
If multiple children with different ages are accompanied, the accompanying conditions are accompanied by the bottom. For example, if you are a 3-yea r-old, 6-yea r-old, or 8-yea r-old child, you will need two nursery.
