Qualification

Age limit: To participate in the contest, you must be over 21 years old. A valid ID is required.

Entry process contest participants must register at the specified chec k-in booth before the contest starts. Registration is free, but there are cases where participation slots are limited.

Competition rules

Originality and Creativity: Costumes must be original and creative, preferably handcrafted or heavily customized. Store-bought costumes are acceptable but may receive lower scores.

Appropriateness: All costumes must be appropriate for public viewing. Nudity, offensive imagery, and inappropriate themes (hate symbols, excessive gore, controversial themes, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

Props and Safety: Props are permitted but must be safe and non-threatening. No real or replica weapons (firearms, swords, etc.). Props are subject to inspection by event security.

Size and Mobility: Costumes must be safe to move around in. Costumes that are too large or obstructive may be restricted or disqualified for safety reasons.

Where to Register

The Fremont Street Experience check-in table is located to the right of the D Hotel and Casino, behind the 3rd Street Stage. Please make sure everyone in your group is in costume when you arrive at the check-in table.

Registration opens at 6pm on October 31st and closes at 8:30pm on October 31st.
